Sanam is a carefree, but headstrong young girl. A spat with a politician's son pushes her take up a big challenge-to become an IAS. At the same time, a small-town boy, Aamir, is nudged into studying for the civil services too. Their hard work pays off when both become rank holders. And soon their lives come together at the IAS Training Academy, Mussoorie. Love blossoms, but when they decide to spend their lives together, all hell breaks loose. Their religious difference becomes a reason for clashes between the two communities, social media explodes and things take a dangerous turn. It seems hate has triumphed over love. Refund Policy
We believe in complete customer satisfaction. Returns will be accepted only if the product(s) delivered is in a damaged condition. To process a return in case the product(s) delivered is damaged, please write an email to us at contact@subhasonline.com. There will be no cash refunds for the returned articles. Only replacement of products can be done maximum up to two times.

- At subhasbooks.com we offer an EASY returns & exchange policy. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged product you may return items bought from subhasbooks.com , within 7 days of your purchase. There will be no cash refunds for the returned articles. Only replacement of products can be done maximum up to two times.
- Call customer care on 080-26741030/31 (Weekdays 10:00 am to 6:00 pm), and inform about the damaged product and share the images of the damaged product on our e-mail id contact@subhasonline.com and request for a exchange.
- Once you have informed us, please send the item by courier to our address mentioned below, within 7 days. Customers shall be responsible for the shipping cost of the products returned or exchanged. Also please ensure that you keep a copy of the invoice, and send the original invoice back to us, for replacement. We will send the original invoice back to you through courier, after processing your return/exchange request.
- Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at: 080-26741030/31 or e-mail us at contact@subhasonline.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
- Exchanges through courier shall only be done, for items with exactly the same price as the item being returned. Please indicate clearly the replacement item requested and our Customer Care Associate will check and confirm if the item is available in stock and whether the exchange can be made.
- Any return request made to subhasbooks.com, customer support, and sent by courier from the delivery address where the item was originally delivered, shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise along with the original sales invoice.
- After the merchandise is received by subhasbooks.com, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process an exchange within 5 working days of receipt of the merchandise. Please note that there will be no cash refunds for the returned articles. Only replacement of products can be done maximum up to two times.
